Does it cost me more money to use a loan broker?
With our lending sources, we are able to offer you the best rates at no mark up. The only additional fee is a $495 processing fee. We are confident you will see that our service and expertise not only saves you time, but money as well.
Why shouldn't I try to go directly to a lender?
We have developed a extensive knowledge of the internal nuances as a result of successfully closing numerous loans with each of our lenders. Our experience is extensive. Because of our loan volume, our sources have put their best people in charge of servicing our account. Furthermore, we are often able to secure rates and terms that are better than you would find on your own.
Does FPF provide Residential Financing?
Yes we do. We provide this service for our investor clients with which we have an on going relationship. It is an added service they expect and saves them time and effort toward putting another loan package together.
Can FPF facilitate a quick closing?
Absolutely. We have lending sources that offer quick closings.
I did not have a good experience with a previous loan broker, why are you different?
We pride ourselves on delivering the loan we quote from day #1. Unlike some loan brokers, we would rather pass on a deal or risk the chance of losing a deal rather than attempting to “sell” a client with bogus claims. Our in depth of experience often allows us to remove the variables out of the equation.
You are based in California, but my property is in another State. How can you be the best source for me?
